Our story

Old-school Italian, made by famiglia.

At Fabrizio’s, the heart of the kitchen still starts with Mother Maria and father Fedele. They are still here cooking today, caring for the old-school Italian recipes and love that shaped this family long before Fabrizio’s opened its doors.

From the kitchens of La Trattoria Di Italia and Il Centro Restaurant, through countless days and endless hours, they led the way. They raised two boys around sauce pots, fresh bread, family recipes, and the kind of hospitality you only learn by living it. Every panini, pasta, pizza and catering tray carries the old-school Italian recipes and love that shaped this family long before Fabrizio’s opened its doors.

Office lunches, family gatherings, anniversaries, wakes, work parties — we cook the same food we serve at the counter, scaled up. Catering available for groups of 6+.
